When we start our entrepreneurial adventure, we have a clear vision of what we want to do. Of how we see our future business. We’re driven and full of optimism and purpose. It’s a new and exciting chapter.
There is a lot to build and plan and through those initial years of business ownership we can become overwhelmed and procrastinate. We may lose focus and direction as we try to navigate the ups and downs. It’s not unusual and completely understandable, building and growing a business is not always straight forward. It’s no wonder that that initial clarity can change into a loss of direction and uncertainty.
